Ludwig Hosts First Dealer Summit

Ludwig Drum Company recently hosted representatives from nine independent dealers as part of its first Ludwig Dealer’s Summit.  The dealers were brought to Ludwig’s manufacturing facility in Monroe, NC for a first-hand look at what it takes to make Ludwig Drums and Timpani.  “It was inspiring to see all of the management and factory employees were very committed to this great company”, stated Wes Faulconer of Explorer’s Percussion.  “You could also feel how much everyone there cared, and would like to see Ludwig keep moving forward in every way”.

The Summit was a great opportunity to discuss what has recently been happening in the percussion industry.  The day consisted of seeing US-made drums take shape in the North Carolina factory, brainstorming market changes that are occurring throughout the business, identifying customer needs, and confirming that Ludwig is focused on the things that are relevant to today’s drummers.  “It was a great pleasure to be able to sit and share ideas with this knowledgeable group of dealers”, states Ludwig/Musser General Manager Grant Henry.  “We are proud of our heritage and commitment to US manufacturing, and appreciate the opportunity to share all of this with our dealer partners”.
